Youth Staff Training
Camas Meadows Bible Camp offers a variety of opportunities for youth to serve and develop leadership skills. The camp's youth staff program allows teenagers to assist with various tasks, from leading small group discussions to organizing camp activities. This hands-on experience not only helps young people build practical skills but also fosters a sense of responsibility and community engagement.
Additionally, the Youth Staff Training program provides targeted training and mentorship, empowering youth to take on more substantial roles, such as camp counselors or program coordinators. These opportunities enable young individuals to grow as ministry leaders and make a meaningful impact on the camp community.
